Job Summary

Partnering closely with manufacturing site leads, the full-time Operations Finance Manager will manage financial relationships, oversee monthly operations close processes, and support strategic decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the finance relationship with manufacturing site leads, ensuring they understand their budgets and variances
• Lead the operations monthly close process, aligning with Cost Accounting and ensuring accurate variance explanations
• Build financial analyses to support strategic decisions regarding equipment purchases and manufacturing footprint evaluations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of finance experience, particularly in a physical-product business within a high-growth environment
• Proven success in partnering with operators and translating operational realities into financial impacts
• Strong ownership of recurring finance processes, with a track record of improvement
• Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including automation of spreadsheet tasks
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to executive audiences
