Operations Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support project financial management, the full-time Operations Financial Analyst will work remotely from Bulgaria or Colombia, focusing on forecasting, monitoring, and reporting project expenditures while collaborating with internal project leaders and the Contracts Department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for projects, ensuring compliance with financial policies
• Forecast variances from project plans, manage change orders, and provide financial analysis to project leads
• Prepare internal and external financial reports, including documentation for contract modifications and project performance updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance with 2 years of relevant experience in budgeting and contract management
• Experience with various contract types, including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time and Material contracts
• Familiarity with Contract Research Organizations (CRO) and clinical trials is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
