Operations Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support inventory management processes, the full-time Operations Financial Analyst will analyze, report, and reconcile consolidated inventory while managing cycle count policies and collaborating with auditors, based in Grand Rapids, MI.

Key responsibilities

• Develops inventory analysis reports and reconciles inventory accounts to the general ledger
• Manages the Cycle Count Policy and ensures compliance with SOX regulations through collaboration with warehouse personnel and auditors
• Provides financial leadership in operational value stream financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to inventory activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Five or more years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of managerial accounting and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel, BPC AO, and Crystal Reports
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
