A company is looking for an Operations Forecasting Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain operational forecasts for demand and resourcing needs
• Analyze data to support business teams in making data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify actions for improvements and monitor impact

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in operations forecasting and/or modeling
• 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses
• 1+ years experience with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis
• 1+ years experience with Google Sheets or Excel for data manipulation
• 1+ years experience in healthcare, investment banking, or insurance industry (bonus)
