Operations Generalist

Job Summary

Seeking an early-career Operations Generalist, the full-time remote position will manage various operational challenges across the company, including customer engagement, internal tooling, and process redesign, while adapting to the evolving needs of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with service business owners to facilitate setup and monitor performance metrics
• Identify and address operational problems across various departments, implementing effective solutions
• Utilize tools such as SQL and spreadsheets to analyze data and streamline processes as needed

Required qualifications

• Recent graduate from a competitive school with experience in leadership or project management
• 1-2 years of experience in a generalist, operations, or chief-of-staff role at a startup
• Experience in consulting with a focus on owning outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to think in systems and make decisions with incomplete information
• Proven track record of problem-solving in dynamic and chaotic environments
