Operations Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

Managing and executing the implementation of operational processes and client solutions, the full-time remote Operations Implementation Analyst will support new client onboarding, system conversions, and product implementations while collaborating across various departments to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for successful project delivery
• Create end-to-end implementation of operating guidelines and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success and identify areas for improvement
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, facilitating training sessions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, life insurance, or implementation roles
• Familiarity with life and annuity products and third-party administration functions
• Experience with policy administration systems such as LifePRO or ALIP
• Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and reconciliation techniques
