Operations Implementation Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the implementation of operational processes and client solutions, the full-time remote Operations Implementation Analyst will oversee new client onboarding, system conversions, and product implementations while collaborating with various departments to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for successful project delivery
• Create end-to-end implementation guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness
• Document and validate business requirements while serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, life insurance, annuity, TPA operations, or implementation roles
• Familiarity with life and annuity products and understanding of third-party administration functions
• Experience with policy administration systems (LifePRO, ALIP, DXC, or similar)
• Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and reconciliation techniques
