Operations Implementation Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Implementation Coach to manage the implementation of operations modules within the Restaurant 365 software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of operation modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients
• Train client teams on the use of the software and best practices
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the transition to the software

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing operations software solutions, preferably Restaurant365
• Strong understanding of restaurant operation principles and standards
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
• Experience working as a contractor or consultant is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
