Operations Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time remote Operations Implementation Specialist will manage file feeds, review enrollment data for accuracy, and ensure secure file transfers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain eligibility and enrollment file feeds with Benefits Administrators
• Review incoming enrollment files for accuracy and compliance with EDI specifications
• Manage secure file uploads and track integration-related tasks using Jira

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience with EDI file formats and specifications
• Proficiency in SFTP tools and file encryption processes (Kleopatra, FileZilla)
• Familiarity with ticketing/project management tools such as Jira
• Experience with benefits platforms like bswift, ADP, or Workday
