Operations Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Operations Configuration and Integration Analyst will create, update, test, and maintain system configuration tables to support accurate claims adjudication in a managed care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, load, and maintain configurable tables and software for claim adjudication
• Assist in the development and execution of testing scenarios for new configurations and software changes
• Proactively identify opportunities for system solutions to enhance claims processing and resolve configuration-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a managed care environment
• Minimum two to three years of experience in an automated medical claims environment
• One to two years of experience in systems logic and testing
