Job Summary
Leading integration management efforts, the full-time Operations Integration Manager will coordinate stakeholders, facilitate communication, and develop staffing strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage integration processes and ensure go-live readiness by coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks and drive accountability to meet integration milestones
- Oversee practice operations strategy, including staffing optimization and demand management
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of project management experience, with CAPM or PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
