Job Summary

Leading integration management efforts, the full-time Operations Integration Manager will coordinate stakeholders, facilitate communication, and develop staffing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage integration processes and ensure go-live readiness by coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks and drive accountability to meet integration milestones
  • Oversee practice operations strategy, including staffing optimization and demand management
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of project management experience, with CAPM or PMP certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
