Operations Integrations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Implementations & Integrations Director with managed care experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the operational implementation and integration of new markets, products, and acquisitions
• Collaborate with internal departments to manage project timelines, interdependencies, and deliverables
• Track and drive execution of critical milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field is required; Master's Degree is preferred
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in health insurance operations, program management, or enterprise implementations
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs in a health insurance or health tech environment
• Experience supporting or leading implementation and integration of new markets and acquired entities
