Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Lead to support the Chief Operating Officer in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to execute strategic initiatives and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs
• Design and maintain operational rhythms to ensure accountability and focus
• Act as an integrator across business functions, managing special projects and administrative needs

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in cross-functional operational roles
• Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with a focus on clarity and outcomes
• Familiarity with business performance metrics and enterprise risk
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or comparable experience is a plus
