Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive day-to-day operational excellence across the BT function, including budget and headcount management
• Manage the run/scale portfolio and budget of the BT function, ensuring effective planning and optimization
• Establish and oversee BT function-specific OKRs, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, program management, or vendor management
• 5+ years of experience in managing annual operating rhythms, budgets, and executive communications
• Proven ability in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• Experience in financial and budget management with a focus on cost control
• Strong background in influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders
