Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Lead / PM to oversee the deployment and execution of initiatives supporting NA CRS.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver optimal results through successful deployment and execution of initiatives
Engage with field colleagues to support service delivery, data analysis, and communication
Drive change initiatives and develop strategies for onboarding and performance improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5-7 years of operational, data analytics, and/or communications experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Insurance Brokerage experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
