Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Lead to manage internal operating systems and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ClickUp and internal project management, converting priorities into tasks with owners and deadlines
• Run the team's operating rhythm by managing internal status processes and ensuring commitments are visible
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding by managing candidate pipelines and ensuring new hires have necessary resources

Required Qualifications

• 3-8 years in operations, project management, or related fields
• Experience in a founder-led company, agency, consultancy, or fast-moving remote business preferred
• Strong experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar
• Experience coordinating hiring or onboarding processes is a plus
• Experience creating SOPs and improving workflows is a plus
