• Lead high-priority cross-functional operational initiatives across the APCM business
• Align stakeholders and drive decisions between Growth, Enrollment, Care, and Patient Success
• Diagnose operational inefficiencies and design scalable solutions to support growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
• Highly analytical with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Demonstrated hands-on cross-functional ownership and structured problem-solving skills
