Job Summary

To optimize revenue cycle management processes, the full-time Operations Lead will ensure compliance with industry standards, monitor key performance indicators, and facilitate training and onboarding for associates while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure operations comply with HIPAA, CMS, and payer policies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency
