Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Operations Lead will oversee daily operations, improve internal processes, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals
• Design, implement, and improve operational processes, workflows, and internal controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution and monitor operational KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, project management, or a related function
• Experience in tech, fintech, crypto, or Web3 is strongly preferred
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and operational planning tools
