Job Summary

To drive high-priority growth initiatives, the full-time Operations Lead will manage cross-functional teams, establish operating frameworks, and evaluate partnership opportunities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run executive operating cadences, including leadership meetings and business reviews
• Transform company goals into operating frameworks like OKRs and KPIs while ensuring follow-through on decisions
• Lead cross-functional special projects that contribute to company growth, including product launches and strategic analyses

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business development within a technology-enabled environment
• Experience in SaaS, consumer technology, or healthcare technology sectors
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced settings
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in business operations
• Experience supporting product launches and strategic partnerships
