Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 8+ years
- Proficiency in using AI tools and developing intelligent prompts or agents
- Experience with enterprise-level systems and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority in a complex organization
