Operations Lead

Job Summary

As an Operations Lead on the Patient Safety team, the full-time remote position will manage daily operations of the patient safety triage function, oversee clinical product launches with safety implications, and build data infrastructure to support clinical leadership and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate the Patient Safety Triage Team, maintaining and improving SOPs and scaling workflows
• Serve as the operations DRI for clinical product launches, defining triage logic and establishing escalation pathways
• Build and maintain patient safety data infrastructure, including operating dashboards and quality reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles, preferably in healthcare or high-stakes environments
• Experience managing a live operational queue or team where response time impacts wellbeing
• Proficiency with AI and data tools (e.g., Looker, Excel, SQL) for insights and reporting
• Experience in managing external vendor relationships, including performance and billing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity independently
