Job Summary

To drive operational excellence for customer-specific programs, the full-time Operations Lead, Adult Outpatient Services will manage customer-facing operations, oversee provider recruitment processes, and develop scalable management practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead customer-facing operations, serving as the primary contact for program delivery and client relationship management
  • Drive program growth by partnering with recruitment teams to scale provider networks and manage onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement scalable operational processes to enhance efficiency and address complex challenges across customer accounts
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success operations, account management, or program management in healthcare or technology
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer accounts and drive customer satisfaction
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable operational processes for increased volume and complexity
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analyzing data to inform decisions and optimize operational workflows
