Operations Lead for Logistics

Job Summary

To provide operational leadership for logistics support services, the full-time Operations Lead for Logistics will manage a distributed team, ensure high-quality execution of deliverables, and maintain continuity of operations across a complex portfolio, all in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of logistics task area activities in alignment with contract scope, timelines, and performance standards
• Directly supervise logistics team members, including task assignment, performance management, and resource planning
• Oversee logistics operations and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and timeliness of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics, operations, or project coordination for large-scale or federally funded programs
• Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and workflow tools
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex operational workflows
• Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising or managing teams of 3-6 staff, including performance management responsibilities
