Operations Lead, Integrations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Lead, Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for newly acquired agencies during the initial integration phase and standardize operational workflows
• Manage the appointment process for producers, optimize carrier contracts, and maintain relationships with carrier representatives
• Assist with licensing maintenance, compliance audits, and support general operations including vendor management and reporting on KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations or agency management, preferably in an M&A or high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of NIPR and state-specific licensing requirements
• Advanced knowledge of Agency Management Systems (e.g., Vertafore/AMS360, Applied/Epic, or EZLynx)
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
