Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for newly acquired agencies during the onboarding process
• Manage the appointment process for producers and optimize carrier contracts
• Assist with licensing maintenance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations or agency management
• Deep understanding of NIPR and state-specific licensing requirements
• Advanced knowledge of Agency Management Systems (e.g., Vertafore/AMS360, Applied/Epic)
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
