Operations Lead, Order-to-Cash

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order-to-Cash Strategy & Operations, Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives across Order-to-Cash to increase productivity and scale the business
• Navigate cross-functional complexity to secure buy-in for new policies, processes, and system improvements
• Translate data trends into business/financial insights and actionable operational triggers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting in a SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related discipline
• Proven experience in taking a project from conceptualization to deployment of operational processes
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing influence across teams
• Background in SaaS, technology, and high-growth companies
