Operations & Maintenance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead remediation efforts for orphaned solar customers and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with O&M partners and utility representatives to facilitate project completion
• Analyze data related to customer issues and system performance to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 4+ years of experience in the solar industry
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, utility regulations, and installation requirements
• Strong understanding of solar system design, engineering, and utility requirements
• Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
