Operations Management Consultant

Job Summary

Operations Management Consultant, a full-time position responsible for executing complex projects to enhance departmental operations and improve organizational effectiveness through process optimization and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret complex data and monitor project performance to identify and improve areas of risk or underperformance
• Develop and implement training programs while troubleshooting escalated inquiries from clients
• Compile complex operating and financial reports, and facilitate planning routines to drive operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Innovative mentality to develop solutions that go beyond existing methods
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with audit/GRC technologies
• Expert organizational skills and highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
• Experience with dashboards/metrics and process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
