Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within a global operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-business activities for the consulting organization, including creating Statement Of Work (SOW) and agreement documents
• Manage a case management system to ensure timely updates and drive end-to-end resolution of requests
• Develop solutions for non-standard customer situations and assist with governance activities to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in an operations or customer support role within a professional services firm or technology company
• 5 years of experience with Salesforce or related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
