Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to help scale its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with co-manufacturers and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Support the commercialization process for new products and coordinate cross-functional project timelines
• Facilitate internal operations by aligning various teams on priorities and maintaining operational playbooks

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or project management, preferably in CPG or food & beverage
• Direct experience with co-manufacturers or third-party production partners
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong knowledge of retail distribution dynamics and experience with new product launches
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools
