Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (f/m/x) for North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly KPI reporting, including liquidity and cash flow management
• Prepare management reports and conduct variance analyses to assist in decision-making
• Oversee daily business operations and coordinate with external partners on accounting activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in finance and operational roles within a regulated environment
• Strong finance knowledge, particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Experience with integrating ERP systems and optimizing business processes
• Proven leadership skills and managerial experience
