• Collaborates with HQ teams to prepare and review various time-sensitive documents
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, and performance assessment processes for staff
• Oversees subcontracts and vendor management, ensuring effective resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant international development work experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience with GHSC-PSM preferred
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and tools for operational efficiency
