Job Summary

To oversee the LLM Labeling and Workflow Operations teams, the full-time Workflow Operations Manager will manage alert triage, operational decision-making, and the refinement of datasets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the LLM Labeling and Workflow Operations teams, ensuring effective alert triage and operational decision-making
• Build and refine datasets, workflows, and operational systems to enhance automation and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate operational knowledge into product requirements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an operational leader with a focus on building and scaling operational programs
• Experience in labeling, workflow operations, quality assurance, and alert triage
• Ability to work effectively across various departments including Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Strong engagement skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive customers
• Capability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor
