Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager in the field of Compliance to strategically analyze organizational issues, develop holistic solutions, and drive organization-wide initiatives to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address challenging issues in onboarding, offboarding, and banking relations within the compliance domain
- Analyze organizational issues and develop holistic solutions in collaboration with different stakeholders
- Use statistical analysis to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and monitor performance
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational compliance operations leadership role
- Strong track record in managing large remote teams and working with C-suite executives
- Ability to deliver high-quality risk assessments, remediations, and enhanced due diligence projects on a global level
- Possession of ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications or similar is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of global compliance regulations and upcoming virtual currency policies
