Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure client needs are met with high quality, on time, and within budget
  • Manage all aspects of project start-up and ongoing program support
  • Supervise staff, develop training programs, and provide client updates and reporting
Required Qualifications:
  • RN or PharmD license required
  • Five years' experience supervising within a Call Center operation
  • Project management experience in a healthcare-related setting preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to train and motivate staff members
