Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Services Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and retention of partners within field services
• Support Field Leaders in improving salon operations and achieving financial expectations
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to enhance service operational opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a services-oriented business, preferably in a multi-unit environment
• Previous experience in the Pet Services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are necessary
• Strong analytical skills are required
