Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to support core operations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process contractor payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments, and manage accounts receivables
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, and support company-wide events and culture initiatives
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements for automations, tooling upgrades, and internal processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an operational role at a fast-paced startup or similar environment
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving and documentation
• Highly tech fluent with experience in finance and HRIS platforms
• Ability to manage feedback and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-initiative environment
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in completing tasks
