Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across various facets of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize sourcing, planning, and logistics for consistent product availability across all sales channels
• Partner with Retail, Finance, and Marketing for accurate forecasting and demand planning
• Develop and maintain SOPs for warehousing and fulfillment, ensuring speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or fulfillment
• Demonstrated strategic planning experience
• Deep understanding of retail operations and warehouse management systems
• Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management principles and best practices
• Proven ability to oversee and optimize multiple complex projects concurrently
