Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Cash Operations and ensure compliance with established procedures
• Oversee team performance, provide training, and conduct employee performance reviews
• Participate in decision-making for cash management operations and develop operational plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of directly related experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at the Middle Management level
• Strong project management and planning skills
