Job Summary

- Manage QA and eLMS tools, conducting quality reviews and providing actionable feedback
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and deploy training modules for the support team
- Measure and report on the quality of support provided to end-users and analyze data for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training in an eLMS format
- Experience analyzing data and gaining actionable insights from reports
- Strong understanding of training and quality best practices

- Ability to detect gaps in knowledge or performance and escalate issues
