Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Training & Quality).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage QA and eLMS tools, conducting quality reviews and providing actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and deploy training modules for the support team
  • Measure and report on the quality of support provided to end-users and analyze data for continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training in an eLMS format
  • Experience analyzing data and gaining actionable insights from reports
  • Strong understanding of training and quality best practices
  • Extreme organization and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to detect gaps in knowledge or performance and escalate issues
