Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations across multiple GenAI projects, ensuring operational efficiency and quality
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Coordinators
• Work closely with Sourcing, Business Intelligence, Product, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of project objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within technology, AI, or digital services
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies are highly desirable
