• Optimize physician costs by ensuring proper selection and adherence to fee schedules
• Manage staff performance, including hiring, evaluations, and discipline as needed

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance settings
• Experience in Worker's Compensation and/or Auto insurance preferred
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
