Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to manage and direct business activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and implement processes for efficiency in placing and tracking business
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding case activity and sales strategies
• Provide proactive customer service to achieve revenue goals and support service initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent GED
• Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design, and/or case management processing
• Knowledgeable in case design, underwriting, and advanced sales
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
