Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop Carrier Representatives to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with department managers to fulfill customer requirements and maximize profitability
• Manage load volume for carrier representatives to ensure equitable distribution of workload

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Three (3) years or more in a management role preferred
• Understanding of legal regulations and industry trends in logistics/supply chain
• High level understanding of load board posting management
