Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to manage and direct business activities for direct access and non-direct access operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and implement processes for efficiency in placing and tracking business
• Serve as a "go-to" person for clients regarding case activity, design, underwriting, and sales strategies
• Provide proactive customer service aimed at achieving revenue goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent GED
• Three years of experience in sales, underwriting, case design, and/or case management processing
• Knowledgeable about case design, underwriting, case management, and carrier specialties
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
