Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to support clients in enhancing operational processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and track purchase orders, shipping, and fulfillment with a focus on timeliness
• Advise clients on operational inefficiencies and provide structured solutions
• Mentor client-side employees on operational processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or business systems roles
• Proven ability to work with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Deep understanding of inventory bills of materials (BOMs)
• Demonstrated success in training and mentoring others in operational contexts
• Strong project management and organizational skills
