Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Operations - System Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to management staff in operational units, ensuring compliance with contract requirements
• Oversee budget responsibilities and serve as the primary contact for operational matters, ensuring achievement of Service Level Agreements
• Establish annual performance goals in collaboration with department managers to support overall account objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of supervisory/management experience in Claims Processing or Provider Services
• 5 years of progressive experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or large claims processing environments
• Experience with Salesforce, EvolveNxt, SAP, and Genesys
• Experience with system migrations
