Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine standards for vetting, hiring, and onboarding new financial experts
• Implement and optimize tools and workflows for planner operations and manage training programs
• Build programs to enhance planner engagement, satisfaction, and retention

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or workforce management
• Proven ability to build and scale operational systems for a credentialed or contractor-based workforce
• Experience managing contracts, payments, and compliance with external professionals
• Strong process and project management skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience with program management tools or global scaling processes is a plus
