Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager - Extended Hours, Corporate Ops & Onsites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams of Travel Consultants in a corporate agency call/contact center environment
- Assist with travel reservations and ensure outstanding customer service while balancing client expectations with operational efficiency
- Manage staffing levels for extended hours and onsite teams, and act as a key escalation point for complex travel issues
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in corporate travel
- A minimum of three years in a leadership or managerial role
- Hands-on experience in a corporate travel call/contact center environment
- Familiarity with corporate travel technology platforms
- Ability to work evenings and be flexible with schedule for weekends and holidays
